Return Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify the seller of your intent via email within 3 business days of item receipt to begin the refund/exchange process. The email must contain your oder number, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the name of the item which you would like to exchange for - please note that all exchanges must be for items that are of equal or lesser value. Once you have informed the seller, the item must be received by the seller within 10 business days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for refund/exchange.
Refunds :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if upon receipt item is defective or damaged.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping:
To return your product, please email us at shapparacks@gmail.com for return/exchange shipping address. Shipping must be trackable, and the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for item returns. Shipping times may vary based on geographic location.
